Profile / Chas Puleo

I work at the intersection of banking, decisions, and change.

A journey from evaluation to execution: a bridge spanning a chasm from today's bank to tomorrow's digital experience
From evaluation to execution
01 / Banking & Fintech

For more than a decade, I've helped banks and credit unions navigate complex technology decisions and move those decisions from evaluation to execution. At Alkami, I lead enterprise sales cycles involving C-suite executives, consultants, technology teams, and cross-functional buying committees.

Financial institutions are competing in a market where the standard is no longer the bank across town. It is the best digital experience a person had anywhere that day. Most of my work lives in that gap.

02 / Complex Enterprise Decisions

My role is to help leaders identify the barriers between where their institution is today and where they want to go, build conviction around the right path forward, and align the people required to act.

I don't simply follow a sales process. I work to understand how a decision will actually get made and architect the path required to move it forward.

03 / Writing & Original Thought

I'm known for bringing original thinking to complex situations. I develop strategic narratives, build business cases, challenge conventional assumptions, and help teams see decisions differently.

My writing explores digital relationships, transformation, the craft of complex enterprise selling, and the discipline required to run toward hard things. I write for financial institution leaders, enterprise sellers, and people serious about growth.

04 / Run The Hills

I created Run The Hills and am writing The Cage You Built as extensions of the same belief: meaningful progress usually begins when we stop waiting for the easier road.

05 / The Person Behind The Work

I believe the strongest partnerships are built through honesty, accountability, collaboration, and action. Those principles have guided how I work with clients, lead internal teams, mentor other sellers, and approach difficult decisions throughout my career.
