My Personal Code
This is how I live. This is who I choose to be.

I lead with integrity, especially when no one's watching. It's not just a principle... it's the foundation. I want my kids to see it, feel it, and live by it. I measure myself not by outcomes, but by whether I did what was right when it mattered most.
I hold myself accountable, loudly if I have to. I would rather call myself out than betray who I know I can be.
I do the hard thing first. Resistance is the signal. The hill I want to avoid is usually the one I need to run.
I don't wait for clarity. I earn it by moving. Action sharpens vision. The leap comes before the map.
I never confuse motion with progress. Busy work feels productive, but growth only happens when I lean into difficulty.
I run toward discomfort, not away from it. Because every time I do, I earn a piece of the man I'm trying to become.
I don't chase balance. I live in alignment. When my values and actions lock in, I can go all in without falling apart.
I give pain purpose. Suffering without direction is misery. But pain with meaning becomes fuel.
I create more than I consume. My words, my strategy, and my ideas come from truth, not trend.
I never outsource belief. I don't wait for permission. I bet on myself and show others how to do the same.
